No more dogs
The end of an era has come. On Friday we said goodbye to our last dog Nitro. He was almost 17 years old. I miss him but sort of not since he was blind and used to poo in the house if we didn't get him outside quick enough. I can go to the loo by myself without a dog escort now. I can go for a walk on the beach without hearing him bark the whole time I am gone. He was faithful to the absolute last. It's hard when its one you bred yourself. RIP Nitro.

- Sorry to hear about Nitro. We have two Schnauzers getting on in years, I hate to think about the time when they are no longer here!
- :( I am SO sorry for your loss, Brenda - Schnausers are the most amazing dogs out there!! If I EVER got a dog again - that's the one I would go for.
Incredibly intelligent, gentle, loyal - and they don't shed hair!
