Couldn't agree more. I haven't seen much evidence of bullying but agree it should not be tolerated. So called "bad" language? Not really a problem, but gratuitous and uncalled for rudeness, even if written in perfect grammar and a dazzling use of vocabulary, should be dealt with too. That really is bad language.
