So sorry to hear you are having pain issues along your scar line mgl .. do you have a Breast Care Nurse that you can chat with about it?
Sometimes that sort of pain can relate to nerve endings (that were cut during surgery) trying to 'reattach' - and can even be sore/'shock like' to the touch too. Sadly it can take a while to resolve (even months) ....
