Thanks so much everyone - am now post op and in the end, I managed to find a Bralette from Elomi that has been brilliant. I wanted to share the brand and info for others in case this chat comes up on future searches. The Bralette by a Elomi goes up to J cup and I found a good 14H/HH which has been brilliant.Only downside is the back hooks only and not at the front but has been a godsend so wanted to share - they have grey and black ones and the shape is pretty good. Thank you ELOMI!! Can be purchased online at Debras ( if Sydney based as got it in 24 hours - lovely private business in parramatta ) or the other main one that everyone seems to know anyway.

P.s agree on the Berlei - appalling quality and zero support. Its such a wonderful thing that they are in partnership with this organisation and offer these bras for free to the community but the actual quality is really bad considering the reason its designed for.
I am very pleased you have found something that works for you. It sure is hit and miss isn't it?
