I’m only new to the site, @onemargie .... so am still ‘on my best behaviour’ ..... but when I had my 2 meltdowns the other day, the F word was flowing freely in my house!! My husband (who has slight dementia) just looked up and said “Problems??” LOL. (He doesn’t swear!)
Life is short - don’t sweat the small stuff (or small minded!).... we’ve all had a bloody big scare in recent times and a bit of humour and good advice mixed with a few expletives can get a particular message across a lot quicker than dancing around the edges using big words!! And if the F word ‘works’ (as it does now & then) .... DO IT!
I’ve only read a couple of your posts with swearing in it, and I am not offended ..... cos I can mix it with the best!! You should hear me when I lose a BIG FISH at the side of my kayak!! LOL
you have a solid following here and it would be a shame to lose your wit and wisdom .... I look forward to reading more of your posts after you have a little ‘time out’ .... cheers. Roberta
