I agree @wendy55 its SO OK, to have a down day, I think you've earnt it, nobody walks in your shoes so I think you're entitled. I also think its healthy, healthy to sit in the bad days, its when we try to shift and ignore it, it is worse and builds up. I think we need to give ourselves permission sometimes, and yes tomorrow is another day..thank goodness. Quotes definitely are great and sometimes its just the simple things that help us reflect and readjust again. Hugs Melinda xo
