disassociation?
my surgery was cancelled for next Wednesday 12th til 26th last week I felt or knew that I wouldn’t be having surgery next week. now it’s been moved, I can’t even imagine it happening in two weeks....

This happen with my surgery they gave me a date then rescheduled 2 weeks later, l then starting thinking all kinds of thoughts. I even convinced myself l really did not need surgery because, the team had push mine to a later date so, maybe they made a mistake. After l settled a bit l realised the delay gave me time to take in the information and give me a little more time to digest it as, before l was scattered, in my thinking and maybe freaking out about fear of the unknown.. hang in there good thoughts are with you 👍🌸

I have decided to use these two weeks to get back on track with my lchf way of eating & up my water intake 💙I also had myself thinking that I didn’t need the surgery 😂
