And one last one of the gorgeous Mahima, and her mum busy in the kitchen!

Well what a lovely experience that was! I met Mahima's parents, visiting their daughter on their first trip out of India. Sunny, her husband, made me a delicious cup of masala chai. While Mahima was applying mehndi her mother was making aloo paratha, and when we were done we sat and had lunch, the paratha and some delicious potato, paneer & corn rolls with mint chutney & curd. Yum! And they gave me a saree, and Mahima's mum gave me a pair of bangles. I was overwhelmed by their generosity. So very kind.

So here are some shots of the henna today. I'll post some more pics when it's off and the stain has darkened in a couple of days.
