@Locksley...my lot once left one tiny, lonesome sheet of bog roll perched on top of the otherwise empty roll. When castigated, they complained that they didn't use it all, they left some, and wasn't that better than nothing? That night I dished up one teaspoon of rice, three peas and a piece of chicken about the size of a 20 cent piece. When the culprit complained, I explained that they had been given supper...a tiny amount to be sure, but surely it was better than none? I never again had the same problem.
