@melclarity ...don't you have a hip to hip abdominal incision? This is a very different procudure from a diep flap which moves the blood supply with the fat from the tummy area (and tunnel it up under your skin. It would still be lumpy as they are cutting and moving it and still leaving some behind. A lipo fat transfer is only for smaller breasts or to do a fill after some necrosis. They may have done some lipo too with your first but I wouldn't think so as it is very rough and it would have damaged the newly grafted fat from your tummy if they had.
