I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family and supportive friends and workplace. I can't believe how lucky I am to have so much love and support around me. I want to give back to those who aren't as lucky as I am

Well said DansBoobs and I hope you can continue to follow the dream you have to give back to others as you go through your journey.
Family, friends and even my Boss (even if I haven't been able to work for a large percentage of the time) have been such a huge support on this crappy journey I am on. It is that which lift us up and help us carry on through. If we can all give back just a little of the love and support that has been given to us along the way we will be doing well.
