Everyone responds differently to chemo - your Onc should be able to explain this all to you .... there is talk of immunotherapy drugs like Keytruda being useful with Triple Negative - but it doesn't suit everyone .... but definitely ask your Onc about it (mentioned here) as immunotherapy is considered the gold standard of treatment in many types of cancers now.
