“This sucks”

Thanks everyone for your comments and words of wisdom. Appreciate you taking the time to reply. My appointment went okay I guess. There will be a multidisciplinary team meeting on Thursday where they will discuss me and treatment going forward so I guess I wait again until I hear back after that. It’s all this waiting that does my head in! I don’t have a breast care nurse assigned as yet but the surgeon said someone would be in touch. So in the meantime I will just allow myself to heal, try and keep this pain under control and not let it creep up on me, and start to get back to some sort of new normal and enjoy all the extra snuggles with my dog who is constantly by my side.
