Hi Shanny63, I too have been diagnoed with high grade DCIS, having a double mastectomy next week, however opted for reconstruction, reason been I have already have / had breast implants. However rescontruction will come at a later date as they are informing me breast implants and radiation do not go hand in hand so need to wait for outcome of surgery, so hoping no more surprises.
