I am sorry to hear about your situation. It is scary when first diagnosed and I can’t imagine the toll of losing two sisters.
Clear margins and no lymph nodes - that is positive. Take one step at a time and try not to get stuck on worse case scenarios. From my understanding, I think the stats are very much in your favour for beating it!
I had double masectomy with no reconstruction 8 years ago and have never regretted going flat.
