I had great success with Strata. I applied it after a shower in the morning and before bed at night. I didn’t use any other moisturisers. It takes a little while to get the application right but once you get the hang of it it’s easy. I think there was an instruction sheet that came in the box but you can also find instructions on their US website, just google StrataXRT.
