Understand Your Options for Reconstruction

Hi ladies, just a reminder that the Central Coast's first Breast Reconstruction Awareness Event is coming up and we'd love to see you all there. If you've ever been curious about reconstruction after breast surgery or are planning to have reconstruction, this is the event for you!

This free Event, which will be held at Green Point Community Centre on Monday March 21st from 6-9pm, will be hosted by our lovely Louise Turner and presentations will be made by Dr Rita Poon and Dr Fred Clarke about the range of reconstruction techniques available on the Coast and the new technologies making reconstruction easier for regional and rural women to access. You will also have the opportunity to speak with other women who have had reconstruction and who are sharing their stories. There will be a host of resources, information from local services and goodies provided by our generous supporters.

    Thanks Rowdy, know what you mean, I would have loved it too.Reclaim Your Curves had its first ever event in November last year in the Hunter and it was obvious there was a lot of interest by the number of women and partners who came along. It was a great evening - lots of info, but also lots of fun with some very generous ladies speaking about their experiences (with a bit of show & tell on the side!)

    Wow I wish there was something around like this when I was going through my decisions, sounds like a great event
