Uncomfortable sensation with expanders

hi ladies
its been 8 weeks since my double mastectomy and reconstruction with expanders. I'm at 400ml in each breast n I think it's only going to take 50ml more To finish. 
however since the second expansion I noticed something weird in my right breast (which I done it just prophylactic- left breast had the tumour)
under what it could be the expander there is like a fold of skin (and it feels like it's also the expander!) the left one doesn't look the same and in fact doesn't have that uncomfortable skin fold. 
Does anyone know what's that or could the expanders fell down? I'm upset coz I was walking n I don't know it I made this happen. It feel like burning.

    Hope the appointment goes well. Hopefully it is just a fold still in tbe expander.

    It does get better!  It is the muscles and nerves that have been moved around, stretched pulled et cetera - some days I felt like someone was standing on my chest.

    Thank you scorpion queen... I got an appointment tomorrow at Peter mac with surgeon. Hopefully all good. It's just also so mentally debilitating that I can't be as active as before.

    Hi Claudia.... Expanders are uncomfortable! I am just under 2  months last fill... I am 650mls each... Sometimes it feels like the expander 'catches' early on, but that feeling does settle....although I never had a visible fold of skin......  If you are concerned you should call your surgeon... They may want to look at it .... I have been reassured that my expanders won't move as they are 'strapped' in by my chest wall muscle.... Wishing you all the best.... & please call your surgeon too for peace of mind
