Helena, I just saw a CS yesterday and she showed me many photos of outcomes.
I was so happy to be told I could finally have reconstruction I almost missed the nipple part LOL. She showed me pictures of a technique she uses using the straight scar only, nothing from down stairs. She has a professional tattooist finish off about 8 weeks later....I kid you not they were amazing.

Go with what you want..I do not have an artistic bone in my body but I love to cook...maybe I would have a couple of cupcakes with a cherry on top! Xx
