Hope things are looking good on the other side Rachael. I have to say I was just released yesterday after my lat dorsi recon & I am sure we had the coldest room on the ward. I ended up with 2 of those cotton blankets & the cover on me every night & then I had long pants & socks on too !!!! Maybe the warmth isn't such a problem if the flap is still attached. I would have loved a bit more heat. Be thankful its winter & just pretend you're snuggled in somewhere nice for a little holiday.
