Hi Di, I think that girls have it mainly covered. I had a DIEP flap reconstruction April last year, and I have to say glad that I made this decision. It slows you down for a couple of months, but it's worth it I believe. Do a bit of research before you make any decisions, as you need to do what is right for you.
Next week I have an appointment with my plastic surgeon for liposuction tidy around my wounds and anew nipple ..... that's the next step.
