Tessy, feeling scared is absolutely normal. This is not a situation you would willingly choose to be in but it is something that you have to do so you can enjoy your life. Dinner with your daughter sounds lovely - very nice for both of you because no doubt she will also be feeling helpless. So big hugs, you're almost there!! Xx
