Hi Belle2 adding on to the resources Mez_BCNA has provided, it’s completely understandable to worry about how radiotherapy might affect your previous reconstruction. Radiation can sometimes cause firmness or changes around implants, and in some cases, further surgery may be needed later. Your surgeon and radiation oncologist can give you tailored advice and discuss options to reduce risks.
