Post Surgery Bras

Just wondering if I might be able to get some feedback from others regarding Post Surgery Bras.

I have recently had a double mastecomy with immediate reconstruction. I am currently using a Marena ISB3 as instructed by my surgeon to support the expanders.

I had my first "top up" last week and although still very flat and already feeling the need to find a bra to suit.

I quite like the the Marena range however have discovered that as I am a size 16 - they do not seem to cater for anything bigger than a 14.

Suggestions of brands etc would be greatly appreciated.

    I did actually get a couple from Target as an immediate option but can only get them in white - was hoping to find something in black also.

    Hi Fiona

    If you haven't already received one already, we send women a free Berlei post surgery bra and soft form/s. The bra has to be ordered through your health professional - perhaps a breast care nurse if you have one? Ask them to give us a call on 1800 500 258.

    I have also heard great things about the post surgery bras available at Target. Perhaps if you call your local store they may be able to let you know what sizes they stock.

    I found the Berlie bras came in large sizes and worked for me,  so you could give them a go.
