Post Surgery and Expander
Hi All,
10 days post surgery unilateral mastectomy and reconstruction and starting to feel more normal except for being able to feel the expander. Pain is not excessive but is causing discomfort.

Thanks for your tips Leanne. I was starting to feel much better this week with the physio and massage really helping. Then I went to a rugby match last night and the cold really got to me and I am feeling very sore today. Had been hoping to start driving this week but will need to put that off for the time being.
The expansion will start the week after next so will try and have a quiet week so that I can feel my best. Will keep in mind the tip re Valium but would prefer to avoid it. I will take pandol before the appointment.
