Good Morning Beppie,

When you go to write a post there is a big pink "Post" button you have to press. Under this post button you should see - My Blog, and then Breast Reconstruction group as two drop down options. 

If you want your post to appear in the Breast Reconstruction group you need to click on that from the drop down list and not "My Blog", otherwise like this post it will appear in the main feed as just a blog post.

I can give you a call to explain if it's still a little confusing to work out, just let me know.

I suggest writing this post into the Breast Reconstruction group so that you can get some advice from the members who have had reconstruction.
