Hello ladies, I am new to the group. I'm 54 and just diagnosed with DCIS which requires a mastectomy. I'm hoping that some one may feel able to share some images of post op implant and tram flap reconstruction and your experience with the procedures. There's so much to absorb. I am fit and love working out at the gym, so wondering if removing a muscle will be a good idea or not? kind regards Anita . I don't require chemo or radiation
