OMG....not again!!!!

First diagnosed dec 2007 and now again sept 2013. I had radiation only as it was DCIS. They are not sure if they can keep my skin (due to radiation) so it makes all my choices spin around in my head. I am leaning toward the positives of the tram flap ( smile at the idea of a tummy tuck). Then just thinking to go tissue expander til I really make up my mind. I have 2 small children and run my own small cleaning business. Busy lifestyle is totally being interrupted by this dreaded situation.
