Nipple Reconstruction
Hi Everyone,
I had a bilateral diep reconstruction earlier this year, and I am now preparing for the nipple reconstruction. I was wondering if anyone could help with suggestions for which nipple shields that I should buy.

- Thank you, I think I will try that.
- I used 3 facial pads with holes cut out and the one over the top. I found the shields inside a bra put too much pressure on the boob and was worried it might inhibit blood supply or cause a pressure area that I wouldn't see until too late, because of limited sensation. I used tape to hold the facial pads down.
