Hi I'm coming up to 2 years since I had my mastectomy with immediate reconstruction. I had tram with a lift on the other side. My scars are fading and I'm happy with the result. One issue is no feeling in my breasts now, sort of numb, one of the side effects we don't think about. My new breast look and feels natural which I'm really happy about. Dressed no- one would know and my scaring is under my breasts My abdominal scar is fading. The surgery was long and having to wear a brace for 6 weeks was annoying. Are you in the reconstruction group heaps of info and pictures, good luck with your choicexx
