Lipo Filling after Silicon Implants

Hi Everyone
I had bilateral mastectomy and then silicon implants (after expanders) about a year ago. I'm pretty happy with them except for the top half because there is a bit of a "shelf" where the chest wall meets the start of the implant. The PS said he can do lipofilling there if I want. It would involved two sessions under anaesthetic. I'm ok with that if the result will be worthwhile. Has anyone had this? Are you happy with the result?
