Full steam ahead
Well I met with my surgeon a second time and feel confident to proceed. My date is August 15th with Dr Vlad Milovic.
I'm excited and scared, nervous,happy,and lots of other emotions all running about!
I will be having PBM with full reconstruction using permanent expanders (35% silicone 65% saline).
It's going to be an expensive few months but worth it.

the expanders im not sure how new they are but im happy with what ive seen and read. Im having the Becca 35 its 35% silicone outer layer then the 65% saline inside. It means i dont need a second opperation i just have the tube removed. the valve is not hard metal disc like regular expanders but hidden behind and a one way valve. once the tube is removed the is no trace of it. (clever)
My PS says they are the rolls royce of boobs! i will share some pictures when they are done.
yeah trying to stay fit-ish i excersise 4-5 times a week (unless i need 3 weeks off with flu!). but back at it now.

Just letting you know I have just posted some photos of my expander and implant journey in the reconstruction group page in the event you are interested.
Good luck with your procedure. Eat well and get as physically fit as you can as it really helped me with my recovery.
Also can you tell me what you mean by permanent expanders? Is this new? I would be interested to learn more if this is a one operation procedure.
