Time to update on my situation. I had my 6 month review this week after my bi-lateral mastectomy and TRAM reconstruction, which was done in February.

I am also going for revision soon. I am very similar to you. The bra shop lady measured me as 12 c which surprised me. I am having lipo transfer and a small wedge removed at the edge of my L breast....can't believe I am cutting some of it off! My L Breast was immediate recon and falls a bit under my arm. My R was a delayed and I had had radiation on that side and it sits better. My PS said he will do two lots of lipo 3 months apart. I am a bit anxious as it's more surgery, but I also feel I've come this far and I would like to try for as best an outcome as I can. Whilst on a flying visit to Sydney last week I went and saw Jill Adams who is a highly recommended tattooist and she drew some nipples on me. OMG. the difference it made. Straight away they looked like boobs!! I will try and post a pic when I get time. Did you read SAMs post about Vinnie Myers? His work is amazing but the timing will be out for me unfortunately. Good luck and I will let you know how my Sept 3rd surgery goes. Paula x
