Double or single mastectomy and DIEP reconstruction?

Both at the same time. I have an admin job so it was easy to go back to work. I did 4 he's in week 4 and 3 x 4hr days in week 5 and 6. I have a great boss who said do whatever you are comfortable with. But I felt I could've done full days albeit reduced hours from week 4.
