If I remember correctly I couldn't swim for quite a while. Not until all the healing had been done. It's horrible isn't it being checked all the time. It will be over soon, Vivie. Just not the greatest time in your life but worth it once it's over and all the after effects are finished. I had mine done just before Christmas and had corsets and big bra all through the summer. It wasn't pleasant but as I said worth it. Swelling, scar lines, etc all go and fade. Take care. Debbie
