Hi Julie, I had a left nipple sparing mastectomy with immediate silicone implant reconstruction last August.
I am also on the Gold Coast and was looked after by Daniel deViana from Breastcare. He did a brilliant job. He is a breast cancer surgeon as well as a breast reconstruction/cosmetic surgeon. It's always good to get a couple of opinions so add him to your list. He is a genuinely lovely man who took all the time needed to make sure I understood everything.
