Hi Paula, found this post on a UK site. Does have a post from some ladies who are also paraplegic and like Primek said seeing a physio for specific plans. Also the ladies on the post mention if you have someone who can come and stay with you? Not ideal but not a bad idea. Could always contact the community nurses and see what they can offer you as well. Might be able to get in contact with them through your breast care nurse or the hospital that you are having your surgery performed at.
