Bilateral mastectomy with lat dorsi reconstruction

It does very much depend on the surgeon. I was allowed to drive (maybe he sensed I may hurt someone if I couldn't drive) thankfully because I spent the next 6 weeks driving to clinic & community nurses to see how it wasn't healing before convincing them it really was getting worse...........my goodness am I bitter & twisted or what !!
Yes I could drive......was a real relief to have last drain out after a couple of weeks too.
