Acellular dermal matrix - new breast reconstruction procedure - has anyone had it done?

Hello,

I've just been diagnosed with breast cancer & my surgeon has mentioned a procedure called 'acellular dermal matrix'. It seems to involve using a strip of manufactured tissue to act as a sling or hammock for the implant. She is keen to try the procedure but has never done it before.

Has anyone heard pros or cons of that procedure, or knows of anyone who's had it done?
