I hear you. All you can do really is get on with life and do the best you can. I relate, I too had left breast Mastectomy and reconstruction. Yes the scars fade and you try not to look at it as having a mastectomy.
Do you have your nipple tattooed yet? I still haven't had it done after 3years and 10 months. Doesn't bother me that it isn't done. Did you have the fat transfer? and have you had any problems with it shrinking? I've had to have 2 refills as it has shrunk a cup twice over the years. Funny when the fat was on my tummy it was hard to shift but now it is in my boob it shrinks when I exercise. It makes my plastic surgeon rich plus I don't mind going back to see him every year as he quite cute and has the loveliest bedside manner for a medical practioner!!!! LOL
