I like August. Well, I particularly like this August. In fact I particularly like this whole year. I have just had my all clear from the doctor and the oncologist for the 4th year so only one more year to go and I can completely forget I ever was diagnosed. My reconstruction is done, the reduction looks absolutely fantastic and all is rosy in my world. I feel terrific!
Enough about me! Our Christmas Luncheon is booked for the 2nd December. I know we are a bit early this year and it is a Tuesday instead of a Wednesday and it should be an evening get together not a morning one, but, hey! Who cares. I like a bit of variety! It will be at the Eaton's Hill Tavern again and we are starting at 11.30a.m. We are all inked in and we have "a very special table for you, Lynne" so it is all go.
Don't forget a pink Secret Santa gift up to the value of $10 and Gayle and I are going to organise a couple of door prizes.
It was a really good day last year so I hope as many of you can come as possible.
