Just spent a great morning at the LGFB workshop with a great bunch of women. The volunteers are wonderful, there's loads of free makeup and no, you don't get made up using pre-used stuff, they give you your own and you get to keep it!
The section on head wear and wigs was particularly good and although I haven't bothered with one I'm now keen to get a wig, having seen how brilliant they can look.
We were also told that all of the makeup they provide has been approved by the Cancer Council. Worth knowing. I'd still rather cover up than wear sun screen though :)
I wasn't sure if I'd even go to one of these and I am very glad that I did. Highly recommended.
