Tamoxifen side effects

Hello, just wondering if anyone has experienced the thickening of their uterus while on Tamoxifen and after finishing with it. I had curettes every two years while on tamoxifen but since stopping it in Feb have had a major haemorrhage needing emergency D & C and within 3 months needed another D & C. Symptoms are back again!
