IMPORTANT: Planned site outage

Hi all,

Just to let you know that we have a planned upgrade to the website this afternoon, which will affect availability of the website and the online network.

We're trying to keep the down-time as short as possible, and at the moment moment, it looks like the website and online network will be unavailable from 2.00pm today for roughly 5 minutes.

At this time you will not be able to access the site or the network, or make blog posts or comments. If you try to load the site, you will instead see a 'site unavailable due to maintenance' message.

I just wanted to give you all some early warning.

    We are back up and the upgrade seemed to go well. I think we were down for 10 minutes. As the changes were made to the backend of our systems you will not see any obvious changes from your end. However, if you are experiencing any problems with using the website or online network let me know as soon as possible and I can look into it.
