Hi All
Has / is anyone experiencing sharp bad pain through breast that had the lumpectomy ? I am 5 years post op and over the past 12-18 months every now and then out of the blue depending on how I turn or bend etc get the most awful pain. It goes away quickly but I have to grab my breast to assist the easing of it.
Have told Drs at my check ups they are not concerned.
I was wondering if it is anything to do with having lymph glands removed and should I still be doing exercises for lymph glands.
Hope you are all going well.

It may be scar tissue or even a nerve ending issue. It’s comforting your medicos are not concerned, but would also be useful
if they could tell you what it is!! I had a mastectomy and even 12 years after, I get the occasional twinge (not pain though). Stretching certainly helps as might massage.Best wishes.2
