Hi @Bon Bon, my cancer was 100% E+ & P+ so my oncologist & BC surgeon recommended I have a hysterectomy. My gynaecologist is on the Gold Coast and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Due to previous abdominal surgery I was warned that I would likely need a laparotomy due to internal scarring. But he managed to do it all via keyhole although he did say I was the biggest challenge of his career haha. I had a full hysterectomy in May 2018 and can honestly say I feel no different. The funny thing is the hot flushes have pretty much gone - it's as if before the hysterectomy my poor ovaries were trying to squeeze out the last dregs of hormones not being blocked by Arimidex! Hopefully someone will have a recommendation closer to you but if not, I am happy to pass on his details. wishing you all the best1

You need to be referred to an onco-gynacologist who have specialist knowledge of gynae cancer and risks. Your breast surgeon or oncologist should have a referral pathway. Have you sought genetic counselling, this was helpful for myself due to family risk factors?
After counselling and testing I didn't end up having further surgery as my risks weren't particularly high and I was through menopause. They were extremely helpful in explaining my risks and it really helped my to feel less anxious as a bonus.0 -
My Medical Oncologist referred me to a Gynaecology Oncologist.
