Nipple Reconstruction

Hi Everyone,
I had a bilateral diep reconstruction earlier this year, and I am now preparing for the nipple reconstruction.   I was wondering if anyone could help with suggestions for which nipple shields that I should buy.

    Pop into the 'choosing breast reconstruction group' and you will find people with the sort of experience you are looking for. Some aren't that active on the forum anymore, but will respond to a PM to answer specific questions. Mxx

    I used 3 facial pads with holes cut out and the one over the top. I found  the shields inside a bra put too much pressure  on the boob and was worried it might inhibit blood supply or cause a pressure area that I wouldn't see until too late, because of limited sensation. I used tape to hold the facial pads down.
