BCNA is launching our State of the Nation report on 20 June which many of you would have contributed to. The report is the result of more than 10,000 surveys completed by BCNA members and 3,500 face-to-face consultations around the country and highlights the gaps in breast cancer treatment and care across the country.

lymphoedema - Willing and able to have their affected arm/area
photographed - Centrally located - Any
state or territory
Financial disclosure

did not know about them beforehand – ‘bill shock’ - Someone who almost had a large cost BUT was
advised by their Dr/health fund/BCNA etc and were able to avoid these costs - Someone with a large cost (documented) that
built up over time and was not disclosed to them - Centrally located - Ideally

- Someone who had a breast symptom and could not
get a mammogram in the public system, so had to pay for it - Centrally located

Hi there @marianna I could contribute to the recon discussion but I work so getting into Brisbane at short notice could be a problem. I’ve been waiting 2 years for recon but have been told it will be at least another 12 months. Let me know if i can still help. I did do the interview with channel 10 brisbane last year if this helps too. Margie.0

What's wrong with the Queensland press?! They should be pushing & shoving in a very non-orderly queue!
