does anyone listen to guided meditations to help relax and sleep?
any recommendations?
I got the ones from the Cancer Council but didn't find they suited me.
Found a great one through iTunes called 'A meditation to help you fight cancer' by Belleruth Naparstek

Hi. If you are in Melbourne the organisation Breacan has a free library. They have Petrea King cds available on relaxation. They can post to you and you post back. I have also utilised my local library more.1
