It's Lisa from the Policy Team. I just wanted to let you know that BCNA has developed a new fact sheet ‘Beware Dr Google: A guide to reliable breast cancer information on the internet’.
The fact sheet includes a list of Australian and international websites which provide high quality information about breast cancer. The online version of the fact sheet contains links to useful sections of each website.
It’s important to keep in mind that not all of the information will be relevant to you and your specific diagnosis. If you have any questions about your diagnosis or what you read online, please talk to a member or your treatment team.
You can download a copy of the fact sheet or phone us on 1800 500 258 and we’ll post you a copy.
